ORDER PROCESSINGOrders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. SHIPPING RATES AND TIMESShipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and the carrier option selected by the customer. Standard transit delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed (plus 1-2 business days for processing time), depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
TRACKINGOnce your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGESPharmaBlue Labs is not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at pharmabluelabs@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. INCORRECT ADDRESSESPlease review your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGAt this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the near future.
